This Beautiful Colonial Porcelain Figurine, Made in Taiwan, is an Absolute "Work of Art." Designed and made by Sophia Ann this is one of many in her Colonial Collection. This piece is in "Excellent" Condition but it has a small chip facing the back bottom base (please see picture).
