Presented here is a fabulous 1959 Madame Alexander Cissette doll. She has blonde hair with a stitched part wig, still in the original lovely curls, smooth with a nice sheen, long. The blue eyes open and close freely, hard upper lashes, painted under lashes, single stroke brows, coral mouth, high coloring.  She has pierced ears with pearl drop earrings. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, good strings, holds a pose well, marked on the back; MME Alexander, no splits. She is wearing the original tagged dress made of fine cotton, it is white with navy polka dots, red trim and sash, full circle skirt.  Underneath she has her original girdle with elastic back and embroidered organdy front, matching bra (the elastic back on the bra is replaced), original white cotton slip with lace edge. Her high heel shoes are red plastic with tiny front bows. She has her original back seam nylon stockings, they have some small damage. The straw hat is tagged Madame Alexander, fabulous red, white and blue adorned with silk and flocked flowers, still has the elastic chin strap attached. Cissette is accompanied by her vintage pet dog on a leash, he is  a collie/ shepherd, frim with black and white fur, super cute!  Fabulous, hard to find outfit, stunning doll!
