These special bags are sourced directly from local markets in Peru, where they are frequently used by rural and indigenous people for all sorts of tasks, including when when they go to the market to buy instead of going to a grocery store. They are found most commonly in more humble neighborhoods and in rural areas, where the bright colors are preferred, especially by indigenous women from the Andes and the Rainforest. 

They are excellent for all sort of uses, including fashion, the beach, or anything else. They are lightweight, remarkably strong, and reusable.  A great, sustainable alternative that makes a statement.

Condition is brand new. The bags vary slightly in size, but measure approximately 22 inches wide and 21 inches deep, plus handles.
