Very ornate and good condition.  Normally when I acquire pieces like this they are for oil lamps, however this one has a hook at the end.  Perhaps for a planter, pot or pan, fireplace accessory, etc.  Actually, it's uses are near endless.  I did not attempt to clean this piece.
