VINTAGE BOOSEY & HAWKES 926 77 WOODEN CLARINET Original case.

Beautiful vintage Boosey & Hawkes Wooden clarinet in original case. Wooden upper and lower joints and wooden barrel, x3 mouthpiece including an original B&H ligature.

All Nickel plate is particularly good with only the lightest signs of wear. Beautiful dark grained wood with no visible splits or damp damage. Ebonite bell for sharp tone also in good order. Spring tension is good across all keys.

Pads are older but holding up well. Keys stamped 926. Serial number present and reads 127087 matching.

Brief test on v old reed and missed a few notes but sound is deep and dark. Lovely tone quality.

Even the case is solid and fully functional with light signs of use.

I feel I should have state the obvious and say that this is not a new clarinet and therefore may require some remedial work or setting up for personal preference, it is after all over 50 years old.
