I'll  describe the condition of each piece below, disc and liners, I don't typically grade jewel cases. I don't use mint as a grade unless it's sealed.

NM=like new disc has no scratches. Liners have no noticeable wear

VG= very good condition but shows signs of use IE a few small light scratches

G= well used but no major damage - liners worn or folded, tab dents, creased

A= Acceptable. There are lots of light scratches but still playable. Liners are included but stained or water damaged, etc

Title- condition of disc / condition of liners (or digipak case if applicable)
