I inspect all items thoroughly, however occasionally with human error slight faults may slip through the cracks. I describe items as accurately as possible. Items are mostly pre-owned and where new with tags they may be ex floor stock. If you have any queries regarding items once receiving them please message me prior to leaving feedback to allow me to resolve any issues
Ad states 3 days handling, but I pride myself on excellent customer service and generally post same day as payment has cleared, if not the next unless circumstances prevent - rest assured all items will be sent within 3 days maximum
