SHIPPING & HANDLING:

• We never offer free shipping for any of our auctions. Buyers always pay shipping.

• Shipping charges are calculated automatically by eBay shipping calculator and depend on you ZIP code and the shipping carrier. We have no control over these charges.

• We will ship to United States  and to the countries listed in Shipping Section. 

• We only ship to PayPal verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout. We will not ship to any other address. No exceptions.

• Please verify that the shipping address in your PayPal account is correct and verified BEFORE making your payment  

• We ship via USPS or FedEx  (USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Post and USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, etc. ).

• If your shipping address is PO BOX - you must use USPS  Delivery Service. FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes.

• Insurance and shipping charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder.  If you need an extra insurance, please add $2.35 for items up to $49.99; add $4.49 for items $50- $99.99: add $5.99 for items over $100. Any damage & lost cause during shipment is the responsibility of the postal insurance.

• All orders generally ship within one (1) business day  after payment clears

•  Please allow three (3) to nine (9) business days to receive your product(s); we are not responsible for carrier delays.

• We will NOT ship using buyer’s or third-party shipping account.

• We do not offer local pickups.

PAYMENT:

·         PayPal is the ONLY payment method we accept.  (Please, note, eChecks take up to seven (7) business days to clear.)

·         Payment must be received within four (4) days of auction close. We will contact you on fifth day and will open eBay Unpaid Case. All unpaid items will be relisted or sold to next winning buyer.

·         Please check out through EBay; this will ensure that your payment is promptly received.

 

RETURNS:

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN ON ANY OPEN, USED / INSTALLED ITEMS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

·         Buyer must obtain authorization before returning any purchase 

·         Buyer must submit their return request within seven (7) days of receipt of item(s) 

·         Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

·         Returns arriving more than twenty one (21) days after auction close will not be accepted

·         All returns must be repackaged in the original packaging and include all warranty cards, manufacturer’s packing materials, manuals, etc; product and its materials must not be defaced in any way. If any part or paperwork is missing/damaged – we will charge you restocking fee. 

·         Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item(s)

·         All returns must be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ( ANY BUYERS WITH NON - USA SHIPPING ADDRESS): 

·          We only ship to the countries listed in Shipping Section of this auction. Click on "See Details" in Shipping section above and Pick your country from drop-down window. If you do not see your county in that list - we do not ship there. No exceptions.

.      Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. 

·         Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. 

·        These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
