This is a Vtg. 1989 Chintzware Staffordshire-England Laura Ashley blue & white soap dish - PRE-OWNED.  It is in great, clean, pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks, but does have some manufacturer's defects on the bottom.  See my video.  I took some pictures of the defects on the bottom, but because of the glossy finish, it is hard to see them.  It has not been used, but was purchased as a collectible, then stored away from light, heat, dust, and a smoke-free home.
