Misprinted version of Melissa Etheridge Live, European issue 4 track cd ep. The slimline case cover insert has been incorrectly cut and perforated so that the text designated for the spine is on the front sleeve and the credits on the inside have been partially cut off.
This disc comes from the library of a Finnish regional radio station Radio Jokinen that was located in Joensuu, Finland (the station folded in 1993). There is a sticker on the jewelcase stamped "RADIO JOKINEN OY" and a DJ has written the catalog number of the single on the sticker. Someone has also written the track durations on the sleeve, obviously for airplay purposes.
This is a real factory pressed silver cd, NOT a cdr.
CONDITION
(Record Collector grading, see the end of the listing. I do not grade generic cd etc. cases unless these are special custom ones or have stickers on them):
CD: NEAR MINT
Cover inlay: some bends, EX / NEAR MINT if you do not count the writing on it - taking the writing into account grades as G / VG.
Jewelcase: I*ll grade the case as there is a sticker on it, VG with a lot of wear but no cracks or other damage.

Grading
I use Record Collector magazine grading system.
I do not grade the cd / dvd / vhs / minidisc etc jewelboxes / cases
unless these are special custom ones or have stickers on them. These
kind of cases are generic and can be changed, if you would like to have
these graded for any item offered please ask in advance of bidding.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EX: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing
VG: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable
G: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges , spine splits, discoloration, etc.
