Up for your consideration is this used but in good condition single dumbbell handle for olympic weights.  The dumbbell handle is made from chrome with a knurled grip, the grip is rusty but the ends rotate freely.  This listing is for a single handle with no collars, you can use any collars with a diameter of two inches.
