Snippy Styles specialises in selling second-hand clothes at affordable prices. Although we make every effort to accurately describe each item, it sometimes happens that our descriptions do not match a buyer's expectations (what is winter white anyway!). And our second-hand items have been worn before, so unless the description clearly states the item is new or is as good as new, please bear this in mind.

We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases, so if you have any concerns about an item you have bought from us, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do whatever we can to help. If you are not completely satisfied with an item then you can return it to us within 30 days and we will issue a refund. But please get in touch before you do anything. We can only help if you tell us that there is a problem.
