Vintage Public Library Plaster Paintable HO And O Scale Train Set 9”X6”X5”. This is dated 1989 but has yet to be painted. There are a couple of small chips and there is some discoloration behind one of the lions’ head. It appears that somebody may have started to do some thing and never completed it. Additionally, I do have a number of unpainted buildings in my inventory. Unfortunately, there was no tag or wrap on this, so I have no idea what the company is with the quality& detail looks lovely.
