This is a handsome belting leather vintage monogrammed suitcase with brass closures and brass combo lock. Hard case is beautifully stitched. Poly/cotton interior lining and flaps for securing contents. Both handles are secure and strong.
"Belting leather" stamped on the bottom of this item. Belting leather, a 100% vegetable tanned, full grain, aniline leather was used as pulley belts in machinery. The thick, firm feel and smooth finish is created from a unique blend of mimosa and chestnut bark.
Suitcase measures 21" long by 12" tall by 7" wide.
