^{Usually most units can be repaired without additional parts (Except LCD Screen replacements). However sometimes units will require new or used parts to get them functional again. This is a cost above the simple labor price you paid initially. If your unit cannot be repaired we will offer you the following options communicated via ebay messages:}

^{• offer you pricing for a replacement board (based on availability)}

 

^{If you choose to have the defective parts replaced you understand that in some cases parts must be ordered from overseas suppliers and it may take up to 3 weeks or more to complete repairs. If the repair is not successful you will not be charged for the replacement parts and will be refunded minus return shipping costs.}

 

^{If you have purchased a “repair” service and you send us a unit that has had previous repair work we will contact you before performing any work. For “upgrade” service purchases work will proceed as normal.}

^{Warranty: once your unit is repaired we provide a limited 30 day warranty to cover any future issues for the same problem. Refunds are only issued if your unit cannot be repaired by us initially. ^{Repair time:unless otherwise indicated in the listing most units can be repaired in 4 to 5 business days (LCD Screens 24 Hour turn around). Business days do not include saturday, sunday or holidays in which the us postal service is closed. Also a business day does not include the day your unit arrives at our location as it usually arrives at the end of the day. Repair times do not include shipping time as that may vary on the services you choose to purchase.}

 

^{Communication: as indicated in our listing we only communicate via the ebay message system. That means you have to log into your ebay account and send us a message. We do not communicate by email or other mediums. This is done for several reasons. First we can keep track of everything discussed and agreed to about your service or product via logging.
