Up for your consideration is this used but in good condition single dumbbell handle made by CAP for standard weights.  The dumbbell handle is made from chrome with a knurled grip, the grip is rusty but the collars rotate freely.  This listing is for a single handle with spring lock collars.  The handle will accept weights with one inch holes.
