Purchases made in our shop are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. The right of withdrawal lapses:

Warranties and Defective Products:
The products purchased are subject to the discipline, as applicable, referred to in Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (Official Gazette No. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and, to the extent not contemplated therein, with the specific provisions on the matter provided for by the Civil Code.
