Hi, this is a Koh-I-Noor '5611' Lead Holder / Auto Pencil. It comes with three partial cases of 12 Eagle Turquoise Drawing Leads. The pencil appears to be in Good condition. It has a set of faint initials in it. (See pictures)  Sold As-Is. I hope you like it.
