Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification.

Brand New	Item that has never been opened or removed from the manufacturer's sealing. Item is in original shrink wrap.
Like New	Item that looks as if it was removed from shrink wrap. No visible wear, and all facets of the item are flawless and intact.
Very Good	Item that is used but still in very good condition. No damage to jewel case or item cover, no scuffs, scratches cracks, or holes. Cover art and liner notes are included. DVD box is included. Video game instructions and box are included. Teeth of disk holder are undamaged and minimal wear on exterior of item. No skipping on CD/DVD. Item may be a previous rental.
Good	Item in used but good condition. May have minor damage to jewel case including scuffs or cracks, or to the item cover including scuffs, scratches, or cracks. Cover art and liner notes are included for a CD. DVD box is included. Video game instructions are included. No skipping on CD/DVD. Item may be a previous rental.
Acceptable	Item with obvious and significant wear but is still operational. May have tears or holes in DVD box. Video game instructions and box may not be included. Item may be a previous rental.
