Tell us the name and year you would like on the bauble in the Personalisation Box 3. Tell us the ribbon colour you would like If no year or ribbon colour is entered in the personalisation box, the current year will be engraved and ivory ribbon will be sent as standard. PLEASE double-check the spelling/wording on your personalisation - refunds and/or replacements cannot be issued due to customer errors. Please also check the font used on the final photo to ensure you approve of all letters used in your chosen personalisation. Refunds/replacements cannot be issued for this reason.
