Last picture shows a long slice on outside near the top, could be sewed back together.   One boot has the inside liner torn and can be pulled out.  Inner foam under the liner is disintegrating.   These are way too cool to throw out, I'm hoping someone has the expertise to bring them back to their former glory!!
