Our items are packed and shipped every Wednesday!

USPS usually takes 3 days to scan items, but in some cases they haven’t scanned our items on time, if you are concerned about packages taking a while to scan please contact usps to file a missing package case! Once filed they will initiate a search to find the package, if they declare the item as missing, send us prof and we will send a replacement free of charge however we do ask if the original item is located and delivered to kindly return the extra

Please note that we also do in person events which can sometimes effect our shipping dates, however it is rare since they are mostly on the weekends, some important dates for some larger upcoming events however they are mostly not expected to have an impact on our Wednesday shipping time!
