I have had this classic true fastback for a long time. The original engine is running strong, This past Fall I had the heads rebuilt with hardened seats and also the 2bbl carb rebuilt. New battery and any other small engine parts needed for the engine purrs strongly. The engine bay look fine as is, yet it could be shined up even more for the engine compartment to be top quality show condition.

New FlowMaster mufflers and I added new GT tail tips. ( this is not a GT original car, I just liked the look GT pipes and the added saftey of new back-up light and rear wiring harness. I have the original rear valance new paint also, if you would like that.)

This is a C-Code V-8 car.. It is a true Rangoon red car which the bucktag and door tag to match. 

  

The car was originally delivered and sold in Florida. The New Car dealer bought it and gave it to his son. It came here to Michigan abot 30 years ago but never really driven here in the winter but stored for years. We removed the original panels all the way down to bare metal. The car needed  (and got) new rear quarter panels because of weak wheel opening metal, The tail light panel was also replaced with a new NOS panel. The original doors and front fender were great.and keep, New Ford approved front hood and deck lid installed. The frames are wonderful. The rockers are great. The floors only needed two patches and now are rock solid and ready to go.New battery apron  patch.. To sum up the metal of the car- everything was taken care of to now be rust-free ( and there was not much rust to begin with) The cowl only needed a little repair work around the driver side vent hole intake. The roof was wonderful and nothing needed there.

This car appears to be accident free

All the paint work done correctly, primered, block sanded over and over again and painted professionally.

All the Glass is original ( except a new front windshield) and in wonderful condition as well as all the chrome and stainless steel.

I keep nice original part when ever possible.

The White seats are original Pony seats. I do not think this car came as a deluxe since it did not have woodgrain nor the deluxe door, I like the pony seat look, so I have always keep them. I replace the old red interior door panels with new TMI red and white ones as you can see in the pictures. The interior metal and panels trim have new correct paint. New carpet and headliner. new weather strip and rubber where ever. bumpers are very nice.

This car has original A/C. The condenser and all the hook-ups under the hood are in place. The original underdash unit comes with the sale, but that underdash unit is not installed. I also have the original center floor console and cleaned, prepped and ready to be  installed. I can send you pictures of that console if you would like to see that also.

To sum the car up, if you are looking for a stunning original fastback this is for you. If any area needed attention-it was adressed.
