Astoundingly rare cap. Presumably made for a commander of border troops who operate small naval vessels or possibly a former soviet admiral still serving in the armed forces of Belarus post 1996.

The badge is one piece and clearly has the 1996 emblem of landlocked Belarus over a naval anchor!

Bullion wire chinstrap and decorations to visor. The cap has a removable white top do it can be cleaned. It fits a size 58.

Exceptionally rare cap, I’ve not seen even another cap badge in more than 20 years collecting!
