Apologies, but i can't find the factory, the mark is similar to a Sevres mark,

but the figure looks German, 

I have found an almost identical figurine online, with a different mark,

this one is listed as Dressel Kister & Cie.

This figurine is in excellent condition, no cracks chips, or restoration.
