the card is tracked, minimal updates may be provided as it moves
through the system. eBay Standard envelope shipping can occasionally
take longer than advertised to be delivered. In some cases, cards will
be marked delivered when they reach the regional distribution center,
however it may take several days for it to reach your mail box.
