Please note that delivery charges are stated in the listings for the UK mainland only and exclude all of the shore islands and highlands of Scotland or Northern Ireland. If you require delivery to any of these areas, please contact us for delivery quote before placing the order.

Please note if payment made before 6pm order will be dispatched next morning, if payment made after 6pm order will be dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
All orders are packaged carefully to ensure your item arrives safely and securely.
We use a Signed For Service provided by Royal Mail or a courier.
Once the parcel has left us, we have no control over the couriers, we are happy to provide tracking numbers and contact details for them.

General:
All parts are in used condition, but they all checked before being removed from the car, and also, we checked them before posting.
All our items have security permanent marking as well as UV pen marking if any of this is missing on return. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, and there is no exception to this rule
Please make sure that you check the part number before buying. If not sure please e-mail me first.
Delivery:
Items are usually dispatched within 24-48 working hours of cleared payment.
All items will be posted by recorded delivery. If you require a tracking number, please contact us.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order unless agreed in writing.
If delivery can not be made to your address for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you live in a remote location such as the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or Northern Ireland, please contact us for delivery quote as the price stated in the listing is for UK mainland only
If the courier asks you to sign for the goods, then please check their condition. If the packaging has been badly damaged or opened, then please make a note of this with the courier before signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.
For Christmas deliveries Royal Mail's cut-off date is usually 18th December. We will continue to dispatch items after this point, but they may not arrive until after Christmas day.
Returns:
If you wish to return the item you must contact us first for return details.
Every return must be authorized.
You may return an item that was damaged or faulty when delivered for a full refund. We test all returns. The refund will be issued once the item has been received and verified as faulty. In this case, we will also refund your return postage. You must notify us of the issue within 7 working days of delivery.
Items that have been tampered with or damaged during fitment will not be refunded.

You have the statutory right to cancel the order within 7 working days of delivery and have a full refund (cooling off period). The refund will be issued once the item has been received back and processed. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged, faulty, or not as described. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item. If you decide to return an item after the cooling off period has expired, a minimum 25% restocking charge will be deducted from any refund.
In the case where an item has arrived damaged, you will be required to provide a photograph showing the damage before any return will be processed.
Item must be in original condition as received. We will not accept returns on items that have been broken apart, modified, or damaged.
Items must be returned with all original components unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any items that arrive back with parts missing will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us, for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
