Got it from an auction house about 10+ years ago...well carved and well maintained.  The traditional Chinese motif, Guanyin with countless hands, with a Chinese character of Fo, 佛, in the main area, 佛 means Buddha, Guanyin is the most popular Buddha in east Asia.  With Guanyin and Guanyin's many hands' help, you are sure will have a painless satisfying life!  

The jade is almost flawless, off white color (the pix may show different shades due to the lights), size, 2 1/8" L, 2" W, 5/16" thick, 58 g, 5 oz with the box.  Sell with the box.
