OUR PARTS

• Most of our panels and parts are used and will show signs of use, although we do try our best to show any marks or defects which exist using images. Please see all images.
• Please note that all our parts are from UK Right Hand Drive vehicles, therefore we cannot guarantee these parts will fit any Left-Hand Drive vehicles.
• Please make sure this is the right part for your car before buying.
• All parts have been tested whilst on the donor vehicle, we do not sell items that do not work.
• Any bulbs that come with our lights are FREE OF CHARGE, therefore we cannot guarantee the bulbs work.

RETURNS

• Returns are accepted (unless otherwise stated)
• Item must be returned within 14 days
• When we receive the returned item, We will inspect it for any damage as well as our security markings before issuing a refund to make sure the part is actually from our shop. Only then will a refund be processed.
• A Refund will not be issued for returning a different item (than initially purchased)
• Postage & Packaging fees are non-refundable!
• The item must not have been used, broken or damaged.
• Please contact us prior to returning an item, If you do not, a refund will not be issued.

SHIPPING & COLLECTION

• P&P price is for the UK mainland only -we do not send overseas!
• We use Royal Mail to deliver most of our small items, Heavier items usualy go with Evri or UPS depeding on item cost. 
• COLLECTION is available & free on all our parts, We are open Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm & Saturday 9am-1pm (except bank holidays). Collections can be made anytime between these hours on these days.
• Items are usually dispatched the same working day if paid for before 3pm otherwise they will be sent within 1 working day.
• If you would like to purchase multiple items, please contact us to combine postage costs before your purchase.
• Please leave positive feedback when you receive the item and are satisfied with it. We leave positive feedback by return.

PAYMENT

• The item will remain property of the seller until paid for and funds have cleared in full irrespective of the method of payment.
