For Sale. Here we have a 1957. 100 % Italian model LAMBRETTA Ld 150cc, MK3. V5 registration document here in my name.Nice period type 6 digit pressed alloy number plate fitted. Reg number 813 XWB. This scooter comes fault free and is ready to ride away on the road. Fully registered for road use. This scooter as been completely reccommssioned. Lovely straight and solid original paint and nice patina scooter, no rot or rusted panels, just nice period ageing and history marks.Presented still in its original from the factory in Milano colours of Lechler. Earth Grey 8041 and Tyrrhenian Blue. Last used on the road in Italy back in 1981. So this LD as had a good rest and is raring to go out onto the roads now. Pictures taken of strip down, before, during and after rebuild. Engine, gearbox, drive train etc fully stripped down, all parts cleaned and checked for wear. replacing with quality parts along the way. New crank bearings, seals, O rings, shims, piston rings fitted into the std 57mm un worn bore. clutch, shims, gaskets and gear oils. New tyres, tubes fitted for safety. New control cables, brakes fully serviced. The frame and engine numbers are correct and very clear. Starts first kick everytime, with a nice smooth tickover. [see video] The clutch and gears select nice and smooth, correctly as they should. Comes with its original from new steering lock and rear tool box lock keys.Remember this scooter can go straight on the road now, not like some un registered scooters, with seized engines, no paperwork etc etc. depress the self starter and the engine burst into life and ride out on the road.
