This is a Rare and Stunning Piece of Gold and Gemstone Jewellery. Made in 18ct Yellow Gold it is a Tie or Stick Pin Pin set with an Oval Cabochon Blue Opal Doublet at the top and a Cap on the end to secure it. Please note the Cap is made of Base Metal not Gold and has some wear to the Colour. It is Hallmarked as photographed on the pin though very hard to see with an unknown Maker's Mark, 750 in a Lozenge for the Gold Purity and it has been electronically tested at a precious metal refinery to confirm the Gold Content. The Pin weighs 2g without the Cap, measures 51.5mm long not including the cap x 10mm wide and the Opal measures 11mm long x 9.5mm wide. The Pin is in a lightly used and good condition with no damage and just some very minor surface wear. There are some very slight bends to the Pin itself but they are so minor they don't detract at all but are mentioned for accuracy. The box in the photos is for display purposes only and is not the one it will be sent out in.
