This CB powers up, people can be heard in the distant skip with it hooked up to an antenna, and transmitted voice can be heard clearly on my scanner. The signal meter does not light up or move at all. I did not broadcast for any length of time because my antenna is not tuned. This is pretty much all I know. It's not fully tested. It is dusty.

This CB radio came from a locally-owned electronic repair and sales business that has closed.  They built and repaired tube amplifiers, ham radios, stereo equipment, and other electronic gadgets throughout his lifetime.   The owner passed away in 2018.  I bought the remaining contents and inventory from a relative who needed the stores warehouse cleaned out. I have been trying to sort tens of thousands of tubes, gadgets, dusty boxes of parts, junk, vintage electric surplus, and new-old stock parts. I list these items as I get time.
