Won't turn on. Some lights come on but nothing happens when pressing the power button.

Tried taking the battery out to reset the CMOS. Tried a different working CPU.

All pins look perfect and there is no obvious damage to the board.

Not sure if it can be fixed or not and can't test any further.

No returns accepted.
