This Leica E. Leitz N.Y. Sliding Focusing Attachment, FOCOSLIDE, is in unused condition and good working order.  These are not particularly rare when Made in Germany, but the E. Leitz N.Y. version is much less common and will make a great addition to your Wartime Leica collection.
