Amazing Spider-Man #16! First Daredevil crossover! It's the Ringmaster and the Circus of Crime, so not exactly the Green Goblin here, but it's a Lee/Ditko ASM at the height of their teamwork!
CBCS graded 3.0. Think it would be much higher, except for a stain at the bottom of the back cover. Let the pics and the CBCS grading be your guide!
