Postage via DPD 24hrs in most cases except for lower value I class £150 or lower as lower value in this case anything sold higher will get a 24 hrs postage and insurance unless stated otherwise. Postage will be done 48-96hrs hrs after payment weekends excluded. Postage within England and Wales only. Items of higher value will always come with a full insurance. 

DPD does 2 attempts of delivery before they return the item to depot and then back to me. This how postage works. So, make sure you have the correct address when ordering. I only post to the address registered within eBay.

Return postage will be covered by seller if only from within United Kingdom not from international destination.

I take photos and mark the item for any opening or swap of parts. Unfortunately, this has happened a few times now where customers open the device and claim a faulty item so to safeguard both parties? evidence is kept when the item is dispatched. A health report showing everything works will be presented as part of my evidence to eBay.
