Produced for "Verein zum schutz der bergwelt" which translates as "the Association for the protection of the mountains" by Franklin Porcelain in Bavaria, Germany in the 1960's. This set was designed by Anne Marie Trechslin which she called ‘Die schönsten Blumen Unserer Alpen’ - 'the most beautiful flowers in our Alps' and features 6 alpine beauties - edelweiss, primula, rhododendron, gentian, cyclamen and bellflower (campanula).
