This is a vintage official BSA Boy Scout sanforized uniform shirt, long sleeve from the 40's or 50's with patches and 5 metal buttons.  These patches and buttons are valuable in themselves. Patches include felt and troop numbers, vintage Second Class badge, and tan and red community strip for Orange. The shirt looks to be in great condition for its age.
