2016 FF001 FCF48 Black ‘70 Dodge Charger R/T Collectable Model Rare.

This is a weird one. There is no marking for Hot Wheels or Matchbox that I can find. It is also larger than 1/64, but I’m not exactly sure on the size of the scale. It is about 4” long, and I can’t find an exact match anywhere. There are some scratches. Please see photos.
