Gigabyte RTX 3070 8GB GAMING OC GDDR6.

Not sure what is the issue but not getting any display. It was working fine in my old build but I built a new PC and swapped it in and I get no display out even though the fans spin and the cards RGB lights up.

Physically it looks in perfect condition as evident in the photos but it just doesn't display anything hense I'm listing it FOR PARTS/ NOT WORKING. No returns.
