occasionally sell coins from my personal collection as I frequently change
direction and preferences. I am neither a business seller nor a coin dealer.
I endeavour to provide good quality photos and descriptions. However, if you
have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
I sometimes provide the facility for buyers to make offers. In the event that
this is not made available, I may be
willing to consider close offers made in good faith. I do not take kindly to
being low-balled; it wastes both our time and creates bad feeling. If I wanted
to sell for whatever I could get, I would sell by auction.
Terms
· No returns
Silver and gold coins are sold on the basis that their intrinsic metal value is
subject to constant fluctuation.
I make the effort to take high resolution photos and provide accurate
descriptions as to their condition, so that the buyer can be confident in what
they are committing to. If you are not certain of the condition of the item,
please do not commit to buy. Ask first.
· Postage
I only charge the actual cost I incur. I neither charge for packing materials
nor the time I spend actually packing etc.
I am willing to combine purchases but sometimes this will increase the total
value of the package so that a higher level of shipping/insurance is required.
If you buy more than one item, please do not pay immediately but ask and wait
for an invoice.
· Customer Service
I have
spent many years selling on Ebay and have built up a flawless reputation and
feedback record. I am totally honest in my transactions and treat customers
with respect.
However, I do not tolerate scammers and video record ALL packing before
shipping. This is done mainly to protect myself but it can occasionally help
the buyer if a problem occurs in transit.
Video recordings will be sent to the relevant shipping company in the event of
an issue, to Ebay and to the police if necessary.
I am sympathetic to a buyer who makes a genuine mistake and requests a refund
before the item has been dispatched but I urge potential buyers to take
reasonable care in these matters. These issues can cause me various problems
and waste my time.
