BEAUTIFUL - Blue Jay Fountain Pen 14k NIB. Pen is by Blackwell Wielandy B & S Co., St. Louis, MO. The pen has been professionally restored and the body has a nice dark blue color with the ends a light blue color. Pen has some minor smudges on the body from normal wear and is overall in nice condition. The pen NIB is marked a #8 and 14k. Please see pictures.
