Hey Now! Thank you for taking the time to check out this used ZCUT-9 Automatic Electric Tape Dispenser that is up for today's auction. The tape dispenser does include a power cord and the partial roll of tape shown. It did come from a working environment and seemed to work fine. There is some minor tape residue or dried glue that was removed but left marks on the outside finish (See pics).
