This Wonderful Vintage Cookbook is almost a book of History and Social Studies.  "THE PEOPLES' COOK BOOK".  A Hard Cover Book that is about 7 inches by 10 inches and 310 pages.  It looks like a Library Book, but it is from a personal library.  It has a clear Book Cover taped on and INT'L Label.  Very Good Condition.  From St. Martin's Press, this was originally a French Cookbook by Huguette Couffignal.  Translated and Adapted by James Kardon.  Staples, Delicacies and Curiosities from the Earth's Humble Kitchens.  Chinese, Japanese, Puerto Rican, Korean, Italian, Arab, Greek, Turkish, Indian, Israeli, Filipino, Caribbean, Thai, Mexican, Natural Foods input.
