1980 - Alvarez "Tree of Life" Acoustic Guitar with Hardshell case
 
This is a nice and clean vintage 1980 Alvarez dreadnought acoustic.  Marked "Made in Japan".  Spruce top.  Original Tuners.  Straight neck and nice frets.  The action is super nice and low:  High E @ 1.00mm at the 12th fret and the Low E @ 1.50mm at the 12th fret.  Just to be hyper critical, there was a drying separation that has been sealed near the front of the pickguard.  Please see photo.  The case is in good condition.  One of the case clasps is missing.  The case is solid with just standard scuffing. 

Overall condition is a 9+ (out of a 1-10 scale).
