This is a complete set of singles of the vertical-format Picture Postage stamps offered by Canada Post. These are from Lowe-Martin, the security printer who won the contract in the fall of 2012 to produce the Picture Postage stamps. Normally these were personalized by customers; however, these are 'blank' stamps with no printed central design. While these personalizable stamps were also offered in a horizontal format, mint singles of horizontal 'blanks' do not exist. Used versions of these are available on first-day covers. 

These 'blanks' did not get much attention from collectors at the time and are now hard to find. The entire Picture Postage program was cancelled by Canada Post a couple of years ago, so it has now become quite a popular collecting area.
