This item is new in the box with tags.  It is adjustable in length.  The 3rd picture show how you can slide it to make it shorter or longer.  The longest is a little over 16 inches in length not including the pendant portion.  The pendant is approximately 3/4 x a little over 1/2 inch.  The rhinestones are clear, green, blue and very pale purple/lilac.
