The betta you see in the photos is exactly the betta you get! We do not use stock images. We individually photograph each betta so you can get the exact betta you want! All of our bettas are imported from the best breeders around the world. Once they get to us, we quarantine, deworm, and preventively medicate them before shipping them to you. My husband and I do this out of our home in Arizona as a hobby. We love bettas and strive to provide the best quality bettas! 

Shipping: We ship via USPS priority mail every Monday or Tuesday if a holiday falls on Monday. Shipping takes 1-3 days depending on the location. There is no extra cost to ship more than one betta. In the event that the weather at the destination is above 95 degrees or below 30 degrees, we may contact to reschedule or cancel the order. We pack our bettas extremely well and include a heat pack when needed. You also receive an acclimation guide and an Indian almond leaf for your betta. 

Arrive Live Guarantee: Our Arrive Live Guarantee is limited to transit of 5 days or less. If your fish takes more than 5 days to arrive, we do not offer an arrive alive guarantee. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please use USPS's website to track your order as eBay's internal tracking is often lagging. 

In the unfortunate event that your fish arrives deceased, we require a clear 20 second or longer video of the dead fish in its original and unopened bag to be sent to us within two hours of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the cost of the fish, excluding shipping and handling expenses. Additionally, it is important to keep in mind that your package contains a live animal and must be accepted upon delivery. Sometimes, the package may be placed in your mailbox or front porch without prior notification. Be sure to check the tracking number provided to stay updated on the status of your shipment.
