UPS-0634-03 is a DC UPS power module designed for charging lithium and lead-acid batteries. When there is DC input power, the output voltage = input voltage. When the input DC power is cut off (or lower than the battery voltage), it is powered by the battery, and the output = battery voltage, seamlessly switching, to achieve uninterrupted power supply. The output of the module is unregulated and the output voltage will vary with battery voltage (or input voltage).
Please note that the charging part of this module is step-down charging. The voltage of the input power must be 2V higher than the charging cut-off voltage of the rechargeable battery to charge.
For example, the battery uses a 12V lead-acid battery, and its charge cut-off voltage is 13.8V. Then the input power supply should select the DC power supply between 15.8V~30V. We can choose the common 19V or 24V power adapter as the input power.
Features:
· Input power supply voltage range: DC 6~30V. Please ensure that the input power supply voltage is higher than the battery cut-off voltage of 2V, otherwise it will not charge.
·Maximum input current: 5A
·Maximum switchable (output) current: 3A
· Power switching time: seamless switching. Automatically switch to battery output when input power is off, no switching time. Automatically restores input power when the input voltage returns to normal
The output does not have a voltage regulation function. The output needs to be regulated, please connect the voltage regulator module separately.
· Does not have battery undervoltage protection and output short circuit protection
· No-load input current: 10mA (no battery and load)
The module itself does not consume power when the battery is powered, zero loss
· Input and output isolation when battery is powered, the battery's power will not be fed back to the input
· Rechargeable battery type: lithium battery (1~4 strings), lead acid battery (6V, 12V), etc.
Charging mode: high efficiency switching type step-down charging, charging efficiency is higher than 90%
Charging stage: constant current, constant voltage, full self-stop, prevent overcharge.
·Charging voltage: 2-18V continuously adjustable (must be 2v lower than the input voltage), the default delivery is 8.4V. On-board multi-turn precision potentiometer adjustment.
Charging current: 0.3-3A continuously adjustable, default shipping to 0.5A. On-board multi-turn precision potentiometer adjustment
·Charging ripple <50mVp-p
• Charge cutoff judgment: When the charge current is less than 0.1 times the set value, the charge is completed. Default 0.1A stops charging
·Working temperature: -20~+85 degrees
· Size: 53.2X35.6X17mm (length x width x height).
