Flooring is vinyl tile and rug. Cab flooring is tough wearing rubber.

We opted for this floor/ wall combination, so everything was easy to wipe down and keep clean.

Very spacious

The setup was designed so that if the owner wanted to change anything they would not have to take walls out to move things around and this would be quite easy to do.  (i.e. electricals/water )

Reverse Camera with long and short view

Curtain cover for cab privacy

Small kitchen consisting of Theford dual burn Hob(calor gas store in cupboard)/Tap and sink with undercounter waste/ slide out fridge (12v/gas/mains)

Electrical:

All electricals are accessed behind the sofa seat

The general van has a 12v system which is powered by 2x100ah Duracell batteries, it also has a socket for 240v items to be used when on hook up

This powers the lights/fan/Fridge/ heater and hot water boiler/ hot water pump/ usb charge points

In addition to this there will be a 500w lithium Portable battery supplied to power the tv, charge phones, etc. this has USB/ USB-C/ DC/ 3 pin plug connectors and an on board inverter to run 240v items.

The electrical system consists of 240v hook up consumer unit and socket, Victron B2B charger, Victron MPPT solar controller, Victron smart shunt all controlled via Bluetooth on a smartphone app.

Soft set I LumoS strip lights which give a warm glow

Heating/water:

Sink tap and external shower are all plumbed into a JP heater (basically the same as a trauma heater) Diesel heat and hot water heater which is controlled via a panel next to the sofa. The water is fed from a 75l underslung tank via a Shure flo water pump and accumulator to the cold tap and the 10l boiler in the JP heater. The temp for both the water and air heating system are controlled via the digital controller. There are 4 air ducts, 2 across the head and foot of the bed and to into the living area, these heat very quickly and can also be used to cool in the summer in addition to the Maxx air fan. This makes the van very comfortable in both winter and summer.

Extras:

Hose for tyre inflation

Hose for water fill point

Mud tracks

Tow rope

Bottle Jack and cribbing

Hub nut

2 insulated removable boxes made to fit over rear wheel arches for easy maintenance.

We are very sad to see the van go but due to medical reasons we need to have something smaller. The van is great and has served us well, like a home away from home which is very spacious, comfortable in all seasons and is well equipped.

Bad bits:

Slight surface rust patches as to be expected with these vehicles.

We’ve been unable to source door cards for the front doors, so we made our own, which are functional.

Any questions please ask.
